For all the little moments.

Carry a Little
More Life.
Baby carriers in development, inspired by Chanderi craft and everyday family life in India.
The Nest CoverCarrier concept · In developmentHandwoven Chanderi. Thoughtful science. Everyday closeness.
What grandmothers knew. What science explores. What mothers deserve.
For generations, Indian families carried babies close, in soft handwoven cloth. We are bringing that instinct together with thoughtful research and design. Because a carrier should feel like an extension of you.
The ways we carry.

Before there were carriers, there were arms. And a length of cloth.
Across generations, we carried them through life.
Care was something we learned by being held.
A familiar closeness. Thoughtfully reimagined.

THE BEAUTY OF BEING CLOSEThere is a whole
world in your arms.
We bring the instinct to hold them close together with considered design and the living craft of Chanderi.
Their world is still small.
Your warmth. Your voice. Your familiar heartbeat. In a world full of firsts, closeness is the beautiful part you already know.
FOR THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHINGEvery story is different. Find the design that speaks to yours.
CHANDERI, MADHYA PRADESH · CRAFT IMPRESSIONBefore it holds your baby,
it is held by a weaver.
In Chanderi, a loom is more than a tool. It is knowledge passed from one pair of hands to the next. Fine threads. Patient work. A craft that still has a place in our lives.
A softer beginning.
Our collection begins with considered cotton and silk-cotton blends. Lightness, texture and the feel against skin guide every material choice.
Instinct,
with intention.
Safety is the starting point. Six disciplines shape the questions we ask, the materials we choose, and the designs we are developing.
DISCIPLINES.
ONE LITTLE WORLD.
Our design framework. Product testing and independent recognition will be shared as development progresses.
A lighter feeling, for the one who carries.
We consider how a carrier shares weight across your body, and how it moves with you. Our aim is balanced support for the everyday moments you spend together.
Where does the weight rest?Their little face. Always in sight.
Visible faces and open airways guide our design choices. Coverage must never come at the expense of being able to see and monitor your baby. Clear fit and use guidance will accompany each carrier.
Can you see their face clearly? There is comfort in being close.
Familiar warmth, movement and the sound of your voice inspire a carrier made for connection. We put the shared experience of parent and baby at the centre of our work.
Does this help you feel connected?Thoughtfully shaped around two bodies.
Hip positioning, back support and the changing proportions of a growing baby are part of our development process, alongside comfortable sizing for the person carrying.
How does the fit support both of you?Made with Indian summers in mind.
The lightness and weave of Chanderi inform our fabric choices. We consider airflow, layering and comfort in warm weather as we develop and test each design.
How do the fabric and layers breathe?Care begins with the fabric.
Fibre, dyes, finishes and every skin-contact material deserve careful scrutiny. Our material programme targets independent testing appropriate for baby products.
What is touching your baby's skin? One day, they’ll ask to walk.
Today, they ask for you.
You don’t have to get every moment right.
Sometimes, being close is everything.
Care you can feel. Proof you can check.
We believe trust is earned. Product-specific recognition, testing and certification details will be published when confirmed.
Hip-healthy recognition
A goal for eligible carrier designs following independent review.
PLANNED RECOGNITIONProduct Class I
Our target for independent testing of baby-contact textiles.
TESTING TARGETOrganic textile verification
Organic sourcing and processing credentials to be verified by product.
VERIFICATION PLANNEDOriginal design
Design protection and filing details will be shared when confirmed.
IN DEVELOPMENTA little clarity.
Because choosing what holds your baby should feel clear.
When will Nest for Lives launch?
We are preparing a careful launch, with a global direct-to-consumer release planned for 2028. Join the waitlist for progress, launch updates and early access. Dates may evolve as development and testing progress.
Which carrier should I explore for a newborn?
The Nest Sling and The Nest Cover are our early-years concepts. The Hip Seat is being developed for later carrying stages. Final age, weight, developmental and fit guidance will be published after product testing. Our carrier finder is an introduction to the collection, not a fit or safety assessment.
How are you approaching fabric safety?
We are working toward OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Product Class I testing and appropriate organic textile verification. Product-specific certificates and their scope will be shared when confirmed. We want the proof to be as clear as the promise.
Will the carriers be comfortable in hot weather?
Indian summers are part of our design brief. We are exploring breathable Chanderi weaves, considered layers and airflow. Final care and temperature guidance will be available with each product.
Will the sizes fit Indian mothers?
Indian body measurements inform our sizing direction. We plan adjustable fits and clear measurement guidance. The final size chart and fit support will be available before orders open.
Will you ship outside India?
That is the plan. We are building toward a global direct-to-consumer launch. Tell us your country when you join the waitlist so we can keep you informed as shipping regions are confirmed.
